Outreach is one of our pillars with all our projects. Conservation of Ecosystems depends on engaged citizens that realize that we ARE PART OF NATURE and it is not a separate entity out there. If we take care of Nature we are taking care of ourselves!
We connect people to nature in several levels.
From experiential learning to hands on science.
We collaborate with several educational programs and develop workshops.
We also receive tourist groups on our Precious Plastics Workshop, and give talks about how to upcycle items and how to reduce your footprint while you visit the islands.
Every visitant has the opportunity to take a recycled item with them, and help us take plastic away from the archipelago.
